Return policy
Our policy prohibits returns, as once an item has been received, it cannot be returned. This policy is in place to ensure compliance with health and safety hygiene standards.
Damages and issues
Has you ordered arrived damaged or the wrong one. Kindly inspect your order upon receiving. Should you find that the item is damaged or incorrect, please contact us within the next 24-48 hours. This will allow us to assess the issue promptly and rectify it accordingly.
If your item is damaged upon arrival please email us at florabloon8@gmail.com. You will need to send clear visible proof of photos from all angles of the item, including the packaging you received it in. A investigation will be conducted to resolve your problem.
Refunds
Once you place an order, it’s being processed. Please email us before your order is packaged and shipped to cancel it. A refund cannot be initiated once your order is dispatched.
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. Refunds allocated to cancellations will usually take between 3 and 7 working days, or 14 working days, depending on your bank.
Gift cards
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
